This would be the coolest commercial to see. I hope it wins. I would love to see Favre lined up as an offensive lineman getting flagged for holding.

The lineman would all have to be lineman people know/recognize too.

Maybe they could even use Aaron Taylor for an appearance (he doesn't play anymore, but being an analyst for ESPN or something might make him recognizable.)

I wanted to include Matt "Burke" Birk and Hutchinson too but I wasn't sure if that was too "homerish". Turley and Pace are good.
The big question is who would be the QB? Should it be the most famous of the lineman or should half the point of the commercial be figuring out what the "joke" is?

Also I think it would be funny if they cut to Micheals and Madden telestrating where the hold took place after doing the color commentary on the commercial as a whole.

This is the winner. Not my favorite, but I think this is a worthy candidate. I might be mistaken, but I think this one might include Brett Favre as well.

It could be like Dick Butkus or LT too. The thing is I bet a lot of these commercials got too specific with the players, as if it were a law the players had to appear in whatever the NFL wanted them to.
That sounds like a funny premise though. The good thing about it is that it could be the setup for like 100 different versions and could be spun into follow up season opener commercials.
