I howled at the Matt Damon one, cried from laughter (this was a few weeks ago). Then I saw the Afleck one, and giggled like a school girl a bit.
I guess it was pretty damn funny in its own right, but since it was done as an "I can do it better, hey look- has-been stars!" kind of way, it was less funny.

The original is definitely better. If for no other reason than because there's so much bleeped in the second you can ever hear half the jokes.

Don Cheadle isn't a has been star. And Harrison Ford is somewhat of a legend. But you are probably right about the rest.
