Wouldn't you be upset if someone was denying you your constitutional right to dry cleaning? I get a bit weepy just thinking about the horrors this poor man has been through.

If "satisfaction guaranteed" was an unconditional guarantee wouldn't that mean someone could buy a candy bar and then request the entire contents of the cash register to be satisfied with the encounter? They either cough up the money now or get sued?
What if someone confused Dry Cleaning with alchemy and thought that their pants would in fact be turned to gold. When all they got back was a clean pair of pants should they be able to demand the pants' weight in gold?

It's probably not over... he's expected to appeal.
