| JeremyI have a feeling that if "the call" happened against pretty much any other team it would be lauded as part of the Seahawks "magical" "nothing can go wrong" "everything they touch turns to gold" season. Since it was against the Packers it undoes almost everything else they've done, as if that win was worth 8. (Even though "the call" was 100% defensible, if not understandable, if not actually right.) |

Strangely enough, I have no animosity towards the 49ers. Maybe it's becasue their QB is a Wisconsin guy, or because I wasn't expecting much out of that game, or that there isn't much to hate about San Fran, but I find it hard to believe that I might actually be rooting for them because I want them to win, not simply because I think they will. It's a strange feeling this year.
