If the Patriots do indeed "keep this up", is it safe to assume that Drew Beldsoe could have carried the Patriots to 3 Super Bowls in 4 years had he not gotten hurt way back when?

I'm assuming this is implying Brady is a mediocre quarterback so yea I think Bledsoe could've done it easily. He got the Patriots to a Super Bowl in the 90's why not in the 00's? #DownWithBrady

Bledsoe came back in briefly in the 2001 season AFC championship game, I believe. He did alright. Threw a touchdown, I believe. I still think Brady was better for them though, and is significantly younger, so was the right choice, and is an all-timer if you were asking the question totally seriously. But yeah, they seem to have quite the system.
